Join Valley Machining as a Summer Helper!

Are you looking for a rewarding summer job opportunity that will provide valuable hands-on experience in a manufacturing setting? Look no further than Valley Machining in Rock Valley, IA! We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Summer Help.

Responsibilities:

• Work cooperatively with all VMC employees.
• Cleaning various areas of the facility including restrooms, lockers, lunchroom, fans, windows, equipment.
• Empty trash cans and sweeping.
• Cleaning outdoor areas as directed.
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment
• Organize stock and supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.

If Age 18 years or older:

• May run basic production equipment.
• Operate shop machinery, such as lifts and power carts.
  

Skills & Requirements:

• Must be punctual and have time management skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment while following all safety protocol.
• Work outside as needed.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time.
