Job Description
We are seeking a Front Office Patient Access Representative responsible for greeting patients, answering phone calls, scheduling and registering patients, and providing administrative support.
Shift: Full-time, variable 8-hour shifts working Monday-Friday. Shifts are 4:00AM - 12:30PM and 9:30AM-6:00PM.
NO WEEKENDS! NO HOLIDAYS!
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate’s Degree preferred.
- Friends and Family CPR required; can be obtained upon hire.
- Two plus years of experience in a similar role in a clinical setting highly preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
- Knowledge of insurance processes preferred.
