Flooring Sales Representative

Job Description

Heritage Interiors is seeking a motivated, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Flooring Sales Representative to join our growing team. At Heritage Interiors, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and top-quality flooring solutions. From hardwood to carpet, tile to vinyl, we help customers transform their spaces with confidence.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing expert guidance on flooring products and services
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable flooring options
• Provide accurate pricing, quotes, and product availability information
• Maintain showroom appearance and update product displays
• Follow up on leads, process sales transactions, and coordinate with the installation team
• Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge to better serve clients

• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or flooring sales experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic math and computer skills for processing sales and quotes
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Must be able to spend your day on the computer or in the field for long periods of time depending on the project
