Steady, Consistent Work: We’ve had steady, consistent customers and long-term lanes for many years, primarily operating in the upper Midwest, Midwest, South, and Southeast. While we do operate across all 48 states and Canada, the majority of our business is within 700 miles of Cedar Rapids, IA—so you can rely on regular, regional routes.
Occasional Weekend Availability: While some of our customers operate 7 days a week, occasional weekend availability is required. However, if driving on weekends work better for your schedule, we can adjust how we work with you. At Wayne Transports, we take the time to learn about how you want to work and where you prefer to operate.

No Central Dispatch: Work with dispatchers who know YOU, not just your truck number.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ Years of Experience or 200k miles in Tractor/Trailer operation
A valid CDL with proper endorsements
No major traffic violations in the past 3 years
Must be able to stay out 5-12 days at a time on regional/OTR runs
Occasional weekend availability; if weekends work better for your schedule, we can adjust how we work with you
Passport: Not required, but recommended for potential border crossings
