Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at St. Luke's Hospital Transitional Care Center. In this role, you will provide essential care and support to our residents during the 2nd shift (2P-10P) on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding, as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.

Qualifications:

• Active CNA certification in the state of Iowa.
• Prior experience in a long-term care or transitional care setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Caring and compassionate attitude towards residents.
